Enter Office Information
If necessary, select the Directory tab and click New to display the Company window.
Specify company information as follows.
Company name.
Name the company displays and is filed as.
Company web site.
Click to display the Select SIC window. Search for and select the desired SIC code.
Specify company type from the drop-down. Unknown is the default.
Specify company status in your contact database as follows.
If the company goes by an abbreviated name, enter it here.
Assign the company an internal reference number here.
Enter the company's Federal Tax ID number here.
Click the button to display the Category popup. Check Office. If you want to specify additional business relationships, check the corresponding boxes. Click OK.
Note: Carrier, Producer, Administrator, Healthcare Provider, and UR Vendor relationships have additional configuration requirements, and you should create these contacts separately.
Specify the country where the company is located.
Company's street address.
City where the company is located.
Use this drop-down to select the state or province where the company is located.
The zip code where the company is located.
County where the company is located.
Company's telephone number.
Company's fax number
Company's toll free phone number.
Enter any additional company phone number in the first field with a description of the number in the second field.
Enter any additional company phone number in the first field with a description of the number in the second field.
Check Yes if the company mailing address is the same as the street address given above. Check No if the mailing address is different and specify the mailing address in the fields that appear when you checked No.
Click Save.
