Create Additional Info Reasons

6.1

Click the Menu button, then Underwriting from the Administration list, then Additional Info Reasons to display the Underwriting Administration window.

Click New to display the Additional Info Reasons window.

Define the reason as follows

Template
Document the reason in this text area. Use the toolbar buttons to set typeface and text alignment.
Description
Name the reason in this field.
Active
Check Yes if you want the reason active and available to users. Otherwise check No.
Sequence
Enter a numeric value to indicate where the reason appears in the reasons list. Lower numbers appear before higher numbers.
