Search Overpayments
ESL Office gives you multiple ways to search overpayments. You must conduct a search before you can run overpayment reports.
Types of Task Searches

Basic Search – Lets you search by company name.

Advanced Search – Lets you search by a combination of policyholder and claimant name.

Query – Lets you perform a complex search directly on the overpayment database tables. You can save queries.

Recent – Lets you access and re-run your last 25 searches.
5
Favorites – Lets you run saved queries.
