Query Task Search

Select the Tasks tab.

Select the Reporting sub tab.

Click the Query button to display the Query window.

Query criteria. Click a criteria to define it and add it to the query.

Your query displays here as you build it.

Build your query by selecting and defining the desired criteria as described below.

Assigned Date
Date Range parameter that lets you search for tasks assigned within a specified date range.
Assigned To
Multi-Select Text parameter that lets you search for tasks assigned to the specified individuals.
Closure Reason
Pick List parameter that returns tasks with the specified closure reasons.
Completed By
Multi-Select Text parameter that lets you search for tasks completed by the specified individuals.
Completed Date
Date Range parameter that lets you search for tasks completed within a specified date range.
Follow-Up Date
Date Range parameter that lets you search for tasks with follow up dates within a specified range.
Office
Multi-Select Text parameter that lets you search for tasks having the specified offices.
Pended By
Multi-Select Text parameter that lets you search for tasks pended by the specified individuals.
Pended Date
Date Range parameter that lets you search for tasks pended within a specified date range.
Region
Pick List parameter that returns tasks with the specified regions.
Sent By
Multi-Select Text parameter that lets you search for tasks sent by the specified individuals.
Sent Date
Date Range parameter that lets you search for tasks sent within a specified date range.
Status
Pick List parameter that returns tasks with the selected statuses.

Make any changes to the query as needed by clicking the criteria's Edit button in the Criteria pane.

A

Expands all query criteria items.

B

Collapses all query criteria items.

C

Removes all criteria from the query.

D

Lets you edit the currently select criteria.

E

Deletes the currently selected criteria.

If you want to keep the query to use again, click Save to Favorites to display the Save to Favorites window. Give the query a name in the Name field and click Save.

Click Execute to run the query.

If you want to run an existing query, click Open Favorites, select the query and click OK, then click Execute.
