Add TPA License

Search for the desired company.

Select the desired company to display its profile.

Click the Administrator category button.

Click New and choose TPA License.

Specify the license information as follows.
State
Specify the licensing state from the drop-down.
License No
Enter the license number here.
Effective
Enter the license effective date here. Enter the date directly in the field in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the calendar icon and specify the date using the date picker tool.
Expiration
Date the license expires. Enter the date directly in the field on MM/DD/YYYY format or click the calendar icon and specify the date using the date picker tool.
Comment
Enter any comments pertaining to the license.
