ESL Office provides you with a number of medical underwriting case reports you can run to analyze your medical underwriting case reviews. Reports return information on items showing in the Case Reviews list, so perform a search before running your reports.

Medical Underwriting Case Log – Reports case statistics. Includes policy effective date, policyholder, administrator, producer, underwriter, if the policy is a renewal, case status, when the case was received, when the case was completed, and the number of case claimants and reviews. Sortable by case, effective date, producer, or administrator.

Medical Underwriting Case Statistics – Reports received, in process, complete, and re-review cases for new business, renewals, and new business and renewals combined. Reportable by policy effective date, underwriting office, or management nurse.
