Check and Edit Summary

View the desired case.

Locate and click the desired participant.

Click Summary

If you want to view additional summary information, click View Details.

If you want to adjust reserves, click Reserve to display the Reserve window. Enter the new reserve amount in the Reserve field.

If changing the reserve amount, click the button to the right of the Reason field to display the Reason window. Click the desired reason to select it, then click OK to close the Select Reason window. Click OK again to close the Reserve window.

If you want to edit the summary, click Edit to display the Summary window.

Update summary information as follows

Diagnosis
Check the box corresponding to the ICD code version you are using to specify diagnosis.
Primary ICD-9
If you checked ICD-9 for diagnosis, click this button and specify the primary diagnosis using the Diagnosis Search window.
Primary ICD-10
If you checked ICD-10 for diagnosis, click this button and specify the primary diagnosis using the Diagnosis Search window.
Secondary ICD-9
If you checked ICD-9 for diagnosis, click this button and specify the secondary diagnosis using the Diagnosis Search window.
Secondary ICD-10
If you checked ICD-10 for diagnosis, click this button and specify the secondary diagnosis using the Diagnosis Search window.
Severity
specify diagnosis severity using this drop-down.
Diagnosis Date
When the diagnosis was made. Enter the date directly in the field in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the calendar icon and set the date using the date picker tool.
Date Last Charge Incurred
When the last charge was incurred on the claim. Enter the date directly in the field in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the calendar icon and set the date using the date picker tool.
Date Deductible Reached
When the policy deductible was reached. Enter the date directly in the field in MM/DD/YYYY format or click the calendar icon and set the date using the date picker tool.
Large Case Management
Check the box corresponding to the claim's large case management status.
Subrogation
Check Yes if subrogation has been initiated. Otherwise check No.
Status
Specify subrogation status from this drop-down.
In-House Attorney
Check Yes if you are using an in-house attorney to handle subrogation. Otherwise check No.
