View Policy Journals

You can view policy journals directly within the journal portion of the policy information, or you can display them in an expanded list in a separate browser window.

Search for the desired case.

Click the desired account from the policy list to view its case.

Click Policy.

Click Journal.

Choose the categories of journals you want to view from the Categories drop-down. Check the box next to each desired category, then click OK. All journals matching your selection appear in the Journal list.

Contents of the selected journal appear here.

Attached files appear below journal text. Click an attachment to download it to your computer.

Filter journals by year by selecting the desired year from the drop-down.

To view policy journals in a separate browser window, choose List from the Tasks menu.

Generates a PDF of the Journal window contents.
