Review and Laser Medical Underwriting Items

Search for, then click the desired submission to view its profile.

Scroll to the Quote Scenarios section of the submission profile and click the desired scenario to display its Scenario window.

Click the Medical Underwriting category link on the Scenario page. This category link only appears if you have enabled the medical underwriting module.

Click the participant review from the list to view its details.

If you want to adjust the laser, click Edit.

Edit the individual as follows:
Adjust Medical Review Recommendation
Slide the toggle to Yes if you want to adjust the laser deductible and/or provide a note. Sliding the toggle to Yes enables all the other fields and toggles.
Laser Deductible
Laser deductible for the individual goes here. This field is only editable if you slide the Adjust Medical Review Recommendation toggle to Yes.
Conditional Laser
Slide the toggle Yes if the laser is conditional and specify the condition in the field. Otherwise slide the toggle to No. You can only set this toggle and field if you slide the Adjust Medical Review Recommendation toggle to Yes.
Contract Type
If the laser has a different contract type, slide the toggle to Yes, and set the contract type using the drop-down list. You can only set this toggle and field if you slide the Adjust Medical Review Recommendation toggle to Yes.
Coverage Limit
If the laser has a different coverage limit, slide the toggle to Yes and enter the new limit in the field. You can only set this toggle and field if you slide the Adjust Medical Review Recommendation toggle to Yes.
Note
Enter any additional notes regarding the laser here. This field is only editable if you slide the Adjust Medical Review Recommendation toggle to Yes.
