Search Preliminary Claims
ESL Office gives you multiple ways to search preliminary claim referrals. You must conduct a search before you can edit referral information or run reports.
Types of Preliminary Claim Searches

Basic Search – Lets you search by policyholder name.

Advanced Search – Lets you search by a combination of company and claimant name.

Query – Lets you perform a complex search directly on the preliminary claim database tables. You can save queries.

Recent – Lets you access and re-run your last 25 searches.

Favorites – Lets you run saved queries.
