Use ledger reports to help you manage your ledgers. Reports return information on items showing in the Ledger list.

Journal Balance – Reports current journal balance. Includes account name, account type, and balance.

Deferred Premium – Reports deferred premiums. Includes policy effective date, gross premium, net commission, and fees and variance.

Overpayments Balance – Reports overpayments. Includes line of insurance, overpayment amount, and receipt date.

Unapplied Cash Balance – Reports unapplied balances. Includes receipt date, account name, unapplied reason, and unapplied balance.

Write Up/Down – Reports write ups and write downs. Includes policyholder name and account, period, line of insurance, and write up/down amount.

Ledger Transaction Log – Reports transactions for a specified account and date range. Includes account name, transaction type, date, and amount.
