Search Claim Holds
ESL Office gives you multiple ways to search claim holds. You must conduct a search before you can edit a hold.
Types of Claim Hold Searches

Basic Search – Lets you search by policy holder name.

Advanced Search – Lets you search by a combination of policy holder and claimant name.

Query – Lets you perform a complex search directly on the claim hold database tables. You can save queries.

Recent – Lets you access and re-run your last 25 searches.

Favorites – Lets you run saved queries.
