Review and Edit Aggregate Experience

Search for, then click the desired submission to view its profile.

Scroll to the Quote Scenarios section of the submission profile and click the desired scenario to display its Scenario window.

Click the Aggregate Experience category link on the Scenario page. This category link only appears if aggregate coverage exists for the scenario.

Click Edit.

To configure the experience, click the pencil icon to display the Configuration window.

Check the box for each desired experience for each coverage. Each checked experience appears as a separate block in the Experience window.

A

Removes the experience column.

Select how coverage is handled for Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, and Weekly Income by selecting the corresponding option as follows:

None

No coverage.

Included in Medical

The coverage is included in medical coverage.

Separate Experience

The coverage is included as a separate experience. Selecting this button adds the corresponding coverage as a section to the experience.

Shock Claims

Set the slider to Remove Excess Deductible or Remove Total Shock Claims as desired.

Period From

Starting date for the experience period. Enter the date directly in the field or click the calendar icon and specify the date using the drop-down tool.

Period To

Carrier

Enter the carrier here.

Incumbent Administrator

Slide the toggle to Yes if the current administrator was the administrator for the given experience period.

Experience Period Contract Basis

Use the drop-down to specify the contract basis for the experience period.

Paid Claims Net of Loss Limit

Slide the toggle to Yes or No as desired for this parameter.

Total Paid Claims

Enter total paid claims for the period here.

No of Shock Losses

Number of shock losses appears here. Calculated and populated by ESL Office.

Shock Loss Credit

Shock loss credit appears here. Calculated and populated by ESL Office.

Net Paid Claims

Adjust

Monthly Paid Claims

Net monthly paid claims for the experience period. Calculated by ESL Office and equals Net Paid Claims divided by the months in the period.

Average No of Employees (Logged)

Determined by the monthly aggregate claims report. What you enter here updates the total Adjusted Claims PEPM, and the Composite.

Net Monthly Composite

The combined net monthly total per experience period. Calculated and populated by ESL Office.

Percentage Change

The percent change for the period.

Annual Trend

The percent annual trend. You can edit this field.
