Search Policyholders
ESL Office gives you multiple ways to search policyholders. You must conduct a search before you can edit aggregate information or run reports.
Types of Policyholder Searches

Basic Search – Lets you search by policyholder name.

Advanced Search – Lets you search by a combination of policyholder and policy effective date.

Query – Lets you perform a complex search directly on the aggregate claim database tables. You can save queries.

Recent – Lets you access and re-run your last 25 searches.

Favorites – Lets you run saved queries.
