Treaty Reports Process

Summary – Reports summary information on all coverages for the selected treaty or closing period. Includes Gross Premium, Commission, Carrier Feeds, Premium Tax, etc.

Combined Premium – Reports premium information on each coverage in a policy, grouped by policy. Includes policy effective date and number, policy holder information, census information, gross and net premium, and deductibles.

Specific Premium Bordereau – Reports specific premium information at the policy level. Includes policy effective date and number, policy holder information, enrollment data, gross and net premium, commission, carrier fee, etc. Each specific coverage type in the policy has its own bordereau.

Specific x Excess of y Premium Bordereau – Reports net premium amounts for the selected specific and excess policy. The number of reports available depends on the specific / excess values defined in the treaty. Includes effective date, policy information, reporting period, census data, and net premium.

Specific Claims Bordereau – Reports specific coverage claims paid out per policy. Includes policy effective date and policy number, policy holder information, claimant name, paid date and amount, and policy administrator.

Aggregate Premium Bordereau – Reports aggregate premium information at the policy level. Includes policy effective date and policy number, policy holder information, reporting period, enrollment data, gross premium, expenses, excess layer information, and net premium. Each aggregate coverage type in the policy has its own bordereau.

Expense Other - Detail – Reports details on premium expenses in the "other" category. Includes policy effective date and policy number, policy holder information, census, report period, gross premium, expense type, percentage rate, and expense amount.

Premium Taxes – Reports premium taxes paid per policy. Includes policy effective date and policy number; policy holder information; reporting period; census; tax rates and amount for state, county and city; gross premium; and total premium taxes paid.

Distribution and Payout – Reports payout and distribution information by type of coverage, grouped by policy. Includes Bordereau summary, distribution information, payout information and payees.

Bordereau Quarterly Summary – Reports quarterly summary, totals, and payee information for the treaty. Includes gross premium, expenses, net premiums, interest earned, claims paid, etc.

Bordereau Year to Date Summary – Reports year to date premiums, payouts, payees, interest earned, etc. broken out by closing period.

Medical Bound Bordereau – Reports policy holder information as well as gross and net premiums for all policies in a treaty.

Specific Claims with Reserves – Reports claims incurred under specific coverage by policy and claimant. Includes policy and policy holder, employee and claimant, incurred and paid date ranges, specific deductible, reimbursement amount, outstanding amount, and claim reserve amount.

Specific Claims with Notices – Reports claims incurred under specific coverage that have notices by policy and claimant. Includes policy and policy holder, employee and claimant, incurred and paid date ranges, specific deductible, reimbursement amount, outstanding amount, and claim reserve amount.

Specific Notice of Loss – Reports loss notices. Includes policy effective date, policyholder, employee and claimant, diagnosis, onset date, specific deductible, etc.

Year to Date Aggregate – Reports year to date aggregate information for each policy in the treaty. Includes policy number, effective date, policy holder, census data, claims, attachment, producer, and administrator.

Policy Information – Reports detailed information for each policy in the treaty. Includes policy effective date, policy number, policy holder, specific and aggregate deductibles, census data, reimbursement limits, coverage types, etc.

Specific Claim Triangulation – Reports the change in specific claims over time.

Aggregate Claim Triangulation – Reports the change in aggregate claims over time.

Specific Gross Premium Triangulation – Reports the change in specific gross premiums over time.

Specific Net Premium Triangulation – Reports the change in net specific premiums over time.

Bordereau Closing Summary – Reports premiums, expenses, and claims by closing period.

Bordereau Treaty Claim Funding Summary – Reports funding set aside for claims for each reporting period. Includes closing period, premiums, payouts, brokerage fees, cash call, claim funds, etc.

Month-End Payout Summary – Reports payout information. Includes payee, net premiums, claim funding, cash call, payout due, payout amounts, account transfer information, etc.

Aggregate Claims Bordereau – Reports aggregate claims per policy. Includes policy effective date and policy number, policy holder information, paid date, check number, paid amount, and policy administrator.
